Family Focus Group
CLAPA is delighted to announce the launch of a new Family Focus Group in 2024.
The new group is specifically for parents, carers, and grandparents to help shape the family services CLAPA provides.
Twelve members will convene every two months over Zoom, facilitated by the Community Engagement Coordinator.
The objectives are to develop an engaging range of services to support families in the cleft community.
They will offer their experiences and insights to analyse feedback from previous events and evaluate CLAPA’s website and resources to ensure they remain current, accurate, and supportive of families.
CLAPA recognises the importance of ensuring that the focus group is representative of individuals from various backgrounds and experiences and encourages everyone to apply.
