Hours of Operation
CLAPA is a small charity. Our hours of operation are typically 9-5, Monday-Friday, but most of our staff are part-time and work flexible hours and there is usually only limited cover available when staff are on leave or off sick.
CLAPA is not an emergency or urgent support service, and we do not operate a helpline. Depending on your enquiry, it may take several days before we can respond. If you need urgent support, please contact emergency services:
- NHS Emergency Services
- NHS Urgent Mental Health Support
- Children and adults at risk: search your local Council and ‘multi-agency safeguarding hub’ or ‘MASH’
CLAPA is ‘closed’ on weekends, public and bank holidays, and from Christmas Eve to 2nd January inclusive.
NHS Cleft Services
CLAPA is not affiliated with the NHS and our staff cannot give medical advice.
