#FundraisingFriday: Adam
This #FundraisingFriday we’d like to introduce you to Adam, and a great idea of how to fundraise in your workplace!
Adam works for National Rail and his office has a monthly Pay Day fundraiser. Each month, a different employee gets to choose a cause close to their heart to fundraise for. On Pay Day (when everyone is feeling a little more generous!) each employee donates £1 to the collection pot which is then sent to the chosen charity!
Adam chose to support CLAPA this month because:
“I grew up with my cleft lip and palate and know how hard it can be, so I leapt at the chance to give something back to CLAPA as they help so many people who most aren’t even aware need help and support.”
We’d like to say a huge thank you to Adam and all of his colleagues who helped to raise £360 from their Pay Day fundraiser!
