Here’s Louise showing off her CLAPA t-shirt and medal after completing the Liverpool 10K last month. This is the third year Louise has taken on the race, and we’re so pleased that she managed to get her best time yet!

The British 10k London Run will be taking place on 10 July the event will start on Piccadilly outside The Cavalry & Guards Club on Hyde Park corner. The route will take runners past iconic London landmarks including the London Eye, Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament.
RideLondon 46. a 46-mile traffic-free ride which ends on the London Mall, will be on 30 Jul, participants will be able to experience cycling in London without the traffic and finishers will get a unique medal!
Can’t make either of these. or didn’t manage to get to a Sponsored Walk during Awareness Week last month? Fear not! There’s still time to sign up to our Cardiff Sponsored Walk on 18th June which has been organised by our wonderful South Wales branch.
