#FundraisingFriday: Sonny’s Fundraising Story
Sonny decided to support CLAPA after seeing the difference our support made to his family when his nephew was born with a cleft lip and palate.
One of CLAPA’s amazing fundraisers, Sonny, has raised an incredible £766.25 including gift aid for CLAPA by taking part in the Fred Whitton Cycling Challenge – that’s 113 miles uphill cycling!
He decided to support CLAPA after we helped support his nephew, Ezra, who was born with a cleft lip and cleft palate. CLAPA were there to help from Ezra’s birth right through to his first operation on his lip. Knowing CLAPA will continue to support Ezra through his childhood inspired Sonny to get involved in fundraising.
