CLAPA’s Response to ‘Timing of Cleft Palate Surgery’ Article
An article in the New England Journal of Medicine has reported that speech outcomes are better for babies who have their palate repair surgery at six rather than 12 months old. After speaking to clinicians about this, CLAPA wishes to share our response.
